VeeamON is kicking off this week and once again an online event for the second year in a row. It still pains me that we can not be doing this event in person as it was without doubt, the highlight of the year from a company, team and personal point of view. Crazy to think that two years ago we were in Miami talking about v10 at what was the best VeeamON to date… fast forward to today and we have to do this event online again, however this doesn’t lesson the amount of effort that goes into this event. This will be reflected in the quality of the keynotes, breakouts and demos.

As like last year, in keeping with the spirit of the current world situation, I’ve recorded a preview and run through that can be viewed below where I go through the outline of the event and what i’m looking forward to seeing.

As I have mentioned in the video, things are a little different this year and we have gone for quicker, sharper 30 minute sessions with specialised demo sessions and a couple of workshops. The Veeam Product Strategy team are again well represented in the session list but we also have a strong list of Product Managers, Product Marketing and Engineering resources delivering strong content.

I strongly suggest marking down the General Technology session featuring Danny Allan where we will be looking forward at what is coming in terms of new features and enhancements across the Veeam Platform.
